Brian's practice focuses on complex litigation including commercial disputes, business disputes, business torts, oil & gas, real estate, title disputes and construction. Brian also has experience with corporate governance, banking litigation, mortgage lending, real and personal property lien disputes, title disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, statutory and common law unreasonable collection practices claims, Truth in Lending Act (TILA) claims, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) disputes, and Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) disputes. Brian is experienced in all aspects of the litigation process including initial case evaluation and risk assessment, discovery, depositions, pleadings and motions, hearings, mediation, pre-trial, trial and appeal.

Brian represents both privately held and publicly traded entities and their subsidiaries, focusing on the oil & gas and financial industries. Brian's practice also includes contract review and drafting and business counseling in real estate, construction, manufacturing, transportation, employment, oil & gas, banking and mortgage servicing.
