Prior Experience:

Maurice Bresenhan, Jr. grew up in Texas, the son of teachers. He cultivated that upbringing into bachelor and master degrees in genetics from Sam Houston State and a law degree from the University of Texas.

Mr. Bresenhan's law practice has been as eclectic as his upbringing and education. He has worked for big firms and small firms. He was one of the first board-certified attorneys in Family Law and in Civil Trial law in Texas. He brings a unique background to transactional and litigation issues. His pro bono activities include the Rice Student Legal Advisors from 1975 to 2000.
