Prior Experience:

Since moving from Buffalo, N.Y. to Houston in 1979, all of Mr. Heller's practice activities have been directed toward helping people who successfully run businesses make more money and protect what they've earned from taxes and lawsuits.

Clients are entitled to expect that they will receive recommendations that are designed to anticipate problems before they arise, with specific solutions that are cost-effective.

Mr. Heller has considerable familiarity with the internal procedures and standards of the banking and insurance industries, developed by virtue of the inextricable relationship that those activities have in the operation of complex business ventures. Of necessity, issues surrounding the hiring, supervision, and separation of employees have become an important element of practice familiarity, due to the labor intensive nature of the clients' businesses.

Successful business people have a need to consider estate, succession and asset protection planning. Mr. Heller has the knowledge and experience needed to guide you through the process.
